Management Team

Mr. Rellet has over 20 years experience in the utility sector, and is one of the most knowledgeable executives in this vital industry. Pierre Rellet joined Veolia Environnement in the late 80's as CEO of the recycling business, then became Chief Financial Officer of the Waste Management division. He was named Chief Executive Officer of Veolia's Waste Management division for France and Southern Europe in 2000, developing the firm's waste-to-energy business and bio-mass supply chain, and became CEO of Veolia's Renewable Energy division in 2007. While spearheading the world's largest rooftop solar project in Spain, he has also worked on wind and solar development initiatives in France, Poland and Greece.

Prior to joining Veolia, Pierre Rellet began his career as a financial consultant at Arthur Andersen, then held senior management positions with a leading European recycling company.

Since 2000, he has acted as President of several national French business federations and in 2006 was selected as the President of FEAD, the European Federation of Waste Management and Environmental Services.

Mr. Meany has been one of the leaders in Ridgline's growth since 2002. He guides late stage project development, financial structuring, and strategic planning. Mr. Meany has over thirty years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Ridgeline, he was senior vice president, business development of Louis Dreyfus Energy where he identified new business ventures, developed several wholesale market joint ventures with western utilities and helped establish the company's electricity and natural gas trading business in Europe. He was also a founding member of a team that grew Louis Dreyfus and Duke/Louis Dreyfus into the second largest electric and natural gas trader and marketer in the U.S. Prior to working with Louis Dreyfsus he was a principle at Booz Allen (now Booz & Co.). Mr. Meany has a Master's degree in public policy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in economics and European studies from the University of Vermont.

Ms. Hutchinson is focused on working with customers to bring the company's portfolio of wind and solar generation projects to commercial operation. With over 15 years of experience in the energy industry, she has worked as Director Western Marketing for Citigroup and Director Marketing for Powerex. She brings an understanding of both the physical and financial aspects of energy transactions from her success with agreements including wind energy, transmission, ancillary services, thermal generation, energy exchanges, and long term power delivery. Ms. Hutchinson has an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Victoria. She has offices in both Seattle and Portland.

Mr. Doyle focuses on regional strategy and site identification, conceptualization, permitting and interconnection of renewable energy projects in the eastern United States. He has 30 years experience in power generation, focusing since 2001 on renewable resources.Mr. Doyle founded NorthWind and Power in 2008 to develop Community Scale wind projects in the Northeast and in 2010 brought the NorthWind and Power projects and team into Ridgeline Energy. Prior to founding NorthWind and Power, Mr. Doyle was Northeast Director for Horizon Wind Energy where he was responsible developing a portfolio of 2,500MW of wind projects, including the 320MW Maple Ridge Wind Farm on Tug Hill. Previous responsibilities included installing GE turbines throughout the world, developing distributed generation projects for Wartsila North America, and establishing joint ventures in Eastern Europe for ABB. Mr. Doyle received a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin and an MBA from London Business School.

Mr. Ordway is responsible for economic evaluation, project finance, and M&A activities at Ridgeline.Prior to joining Ridgeline, he was a Director of Project Finance and Corporate Development at First Wind.Before joining First Wind, Mr. Ordway worked for Babcock & Brown making investments on behalf of their North American Infrastructure Fund.He also served as a Senior Vice President at GE Energy Financial Services where he was responsible for making equity and debt investments across the energy industry.Mr. Ordway started his career as an engineer for International Paper Company and later worked as a Manager with Andersen Business Consulting.Mr. Ordway holds a MBA and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and a BS in Mathematics from Fairfield University.

Mr. Harper is responsible for managing our environmental work and permitting in support of our ongoing project development throughout the western United States. He has a broad range of knowledge and experience related to permitting having been employed by federal and state agencies for the more than 20 years.His last position with the federal government was with the Bureau of Land Management as Field Manager in the Phoenix office. In this role he managed numerous major developments on public lands for utility transmission lines, large natural gas pipelines, gas plants, land disposal, transportation and communication projects. Other work has involved extensive coordination with various federal, state and local agencies as well as Native American Tribes in the development of large solar thermal projects in southern California. Mr. Harper has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Florida State University and a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Northern Arizona University.

Mr. Ellis is responsible for the planning and execution of all Ridgeline Construction projects. He has twenty plus years of Construction Management experience with ten (10) years of commercial wind energy construction experience as both Project Manager and Director of Projects/Constrcution. Mr. Ellis has installed over 2GW of commercial wind turbine projects utilizing GE, Vestas, Gamesa and Suzlon turbines in both the USA and Canada.

Mr. Ellis has a wide range of legal experience and provides general legal advice to the company, including transactional, real estate and corporate work. He has worked as an admiralty attorney at law firms in San Francisco and London on both litigation and transactional matters. Prior to joining Ridgeline, Mr. Ellis was a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, primarily involved in white-collar investigations. He has also been a line officer in the U.S. Navy and holds a master mariner's license. Mr. Ellis has a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering and physics from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California. He is admitted to practice law in Washington, California, and pending in New York.
